The Office of Executive Inspector General publishes its Annual Reports in the spirit of accountability. Each report reflects the activities conducted by the Office during the prior Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30). The reports offer a statistical view of the types and quantities of misconduct complaints made against State agencies, officials and employees, and those doing business with the State, and also of the types of discipline resulting from misconduct findings. In addition, the office issues Monthly Reports to the Office of the Illinois Governor and posts these on this website.
